At the Crown & Anchor Society, we want to make things as easy as possible for our members. We also want to make it easy for you to get the benefits you deserve. So for your convenience we have compiled the ten most frequently asked questions about the program.


How do I enroll in the Crown & Anchor Society?

Enrolling in the Crown & Anchor Society is simple. To be eligible, all you need to do is complete one Royal Caribbean International cruise vacation.* And the easiest way to sign up is to fill out an online enrollment form.

You can also fill out an onboard enrollment form at the Guest Relations Desk during a cruise. Sign up and you'll be able to experience the benefits of Crown & Anchor Society membership on your next Royal Caribbean cruise vacation.

Or enroll by calling the Crown & Anchor Society at 800-526-9723 or faxing 305-373-4394. If you are outside the U.S. and Canada, call 316-554-5951. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 AM-11 PM and Saturday through Sunday 10 AM-8 PM EST. Just make sure to have information about your previous cruise(s) on hand: ship name(s), sail date(s), and corresponding itineraries.

* Please note: You must complete a Royal Caribbean International cruise vacation with a qualifying fare and be at least 18 years old.

If I've misplaced my Crown & Anchor Membership Number, how do I look it up?

If you are an existing Crown & Anchor Society member, simply fill out and e-mail the Membership Number Look-Up Form. You will receive an e-mail response containing your Crown & Anchor Membership Number within one business day of submitting the form.

If you do not have an e-mail address, you can call the Crown & Anchor Society at 800-526-9723 or fax 305-373-4394. If you are outside the U.S. and Canada, call 316-554-5951. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 AM-11 PM and Saturday through Sunday 10 AM-8 PM EST.

Do I need to bring my Membership Number on board with me?

It is important to always provide your Membership Number when booking a Royal Caribbean cruise vacation. Remind your travel agent to include it. After all, your Crown & Anchor Membership Number is the only way we can make sure you receive all the recognition and benefits you deserve. So if you forget to include your Membership Number when booking, you should bring it with you and provide it when you board the ship.

Do I get credit for taking a cruise on Celebrity Cruises?

No. Although Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises are sister companies, only cruise vacations with Royal Caribbean count toward your Crown & Anchor Society membership at this time.

How do I receive credit for a past Royal Caribbean cruise vacation?

As a Crown & Anchor Society member, your level in the program depends on the number of cruise vacations you have taken. To receive credit, please contact the Crown & Anchor Society by one of the methods below and have the following information about your previous cruise(s) on hand: ship name(s), sail date(s), and corresponding itineraries.

If I've lost my Crown & Anchor Society membership card, how do I get another one?

Your Membership Number is printed on your Crown & Anchor Society membership card. So the card is your key to receive your special members-only benefits. If you have lost your membership card, please contact the Crown & Anchor Society by one of the methods below and we will send you a new card.
